This large, beautiful office is on the second floor of the Croydon Business Centre. This office building is nestled in the heart of South Surrey, in the Grandview Corners neighbourhood. It is close to many shops, services and restaurants including London Drugs, Winners, Thrifty’s, and Famoso Pizza. You can easily access off 24th Avenue onto Croydon Drive. My office is one of three, with a shared waiting area. The other two offices are occupied by Registered Psychologists. The office features a large window, high ceiling and professional sound proofing. It is furnished with a large chocolate brown leather sofa, and comfortable chairs – one leather and one plush fabric. This building is wheelchair accessible, and there is plenty of free two- hour customer parking located close to the front entrance, and additional parking available at the back of the lot. It is also close to transit (accessible on 24th Avenue).

White Rock

One office space is with The Counselling Group, located in White Rock, close to the corner of 152nd Street and 16th Avenue. 152nd Street becomes Johnston Road, when you go south of 16th Avenue. The office is located in the first block south of 16th Avenue. It is a small, two storey professional building near the White Rock Playhouse. There is some parking in front of the building, and there is lots of free parking at the back of the building, which you can access from George Street. The address is also clearly marked on the back of the building. All of the spots marked “one hour” are free customer parking. You can enter the building through the entrance in the back – just walk up to the second floor, suite #202. Note this is not a wheelchair accessible building. Crescent Beach

One office space is located in picturesque Crescent Beach, South Surrey, only minutes from the beach. This large, beautiful office space is located on the second floor of Wally Lucie & Sons at 12171 Sullivan Street. You can access Crescent Beach via Crescent Road, or by heading West on 24^th Avenue, and turning right onto 128^th Street. Once you enter Crescent Beach, veer right onto Sullivan Street. The building is beside a park, and across from Camp Alexandra Neighbourhood House. There is lots of free street parking available, and it is steps away from a bus stop. You can enter the office through a door on the far left-side of the building (you will see the address posted on the door). The office is at the top of a set of stairs.
